Being the daughter of actors Sharon Maughan, and Trevor Eve, Alice Sophia Eve was born on February 6, 1982 in London, England. Her parents were Jack Eve and George Eve, her two younger siblings. She went to Bedales School, and later More House School. Her A-levels were completed at Westminster School, London. As a gap year student Alice was a student of English at St Catherine's College in Oxford as well as at the Beverly Hills Playhouse. Alice performed in the theater during her time studying at Oxford.
