Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe was raised in an ethnically mixed family. Her mother is English and her father Nigerian. She was raised in a council estate located south of London. At the age 14she enrolled in The Brit School. She pursued acting studies in the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, London. During her time at the school, she was a part-time actor in several performances on stage, such as The King Henry V playing Princess Katherine and Wuthering Heights portraying Catherine Earnshaw.
Madekwe started acting in Storm Damage. Since then she has appeared in Teachers as well as Doctors. Madekwe's breakout came with 2007's Woody Allen movie Cassandra's Dream. It was co-starring Colin Farrell (who played the character of Cassandra) and Ewan McGrath. After this success, Madekwe was cast as Elisha in the BBC Three drama pilot West 10 LDN and appeared in six episodes Trexx as well as Flipside. She played Bambi on The ITV2 series Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Madekwe was a part of the 2008 Comedy film How to Lose Friends & Alienate People. Her credits in theatre includes Little Sweet Thing or Roy Williams as well as Flight Path of David Watson.
Madekwe had her official US debut on the drama The Beautiful Life, which just aired two episodes for The CW before being cancelled. Ashley Davenport, a character on ABC's Revenge drama series, was cast for her as Ashley Davenport. After being a regular for the initial two seasons it was announced in May 2013 that Madekwe was set to quit the show following her appearance on the pilot episode in the season's third. In the television series Salem the actress played Tituba between 2014 and 2016. Madekwe, her long-time companion, Iddo, married Madekwe in June 2012. Both of them have been in Secret Diary of a Call Girl. They also played together in Salem.

Ashley Leggat was born in Hamilton, Ontario, into a large, extended family. Ashley Leggat was born to Roy and Patty and her other siblings - Brett, Todd and Bram and Rob. Ashley grew in arenas or baseball parks since her four athletic brothers all played baseball, hockey, as well as both during winter and summer. Ashley was unable to walk, but danced. In the end, as she grew older when she was two, she began to learn about Baby Ballet. Ashley became passionate about dance immediately after that. Ashley continued to compete through high school graduation, at the top levels of competitions, such as ballet, tap, Jazz Pointe, Acrobatics, Pointe Musical Theatre, Lyrical, Hip Hop, and more. Ashley won the best soloist prize at each major dance event, such as International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers, 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance and many more, just to mention the few.
